Nov. 1—North-South All-Star Football Game Nominations (Form 34A) 
Nov. 1—North-South All-Star Contests Nominations--Volleyball (Form 33)
Jan. 15—Spring Sports Schedules—Baseball, Softball, Golf, Tennis, Track & Field, Soccer (submit online)
Jan. 20—Bryant-Jordan Scholar Athlete Award Nominations (Form 31)
Jan. 20—Bryant Jordan Student Athlete Achievement Award Nominations (Form 32)
Jan. 28—(Post Online) Basketball Tournament Rosters
Jan. 31—Legislative Proposals & Sports Site Requests
Feb. 3—Area basketball brackets due in State Office by 10 a.m. (Form 43A)
Feb. 28—All-Star Basketball Games Nominations (Form 35)
March 1—Fall Sports Schedules—Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, Swimming (submit online)
March 1—Ordering High School Hall of Fame Banquet Tickets
March 24—North-South All-Star Contests Nominations--Baseball, Softball, Soccer (Form 33)
May 1—2010-11 Sports Declaration (submit online)


SANCTIONS (Request 30 days prior to event):
(1) Event with only Alabama Schools--Request online (AHSAA member section)
(2) Event with schools from bordering states: Print off Form 9, complete and fax or mail to the 
      AHSAA office.  
(3) Event with schools from non-bordering states that needs NFHS approval: Log in to the 
      www.nfhs.org website, under Sports click sanctioning, on the next screen click Online Sanctioning 
      System, on the next screen click Event Manager Registration on the left hand side, on the next 
      screen complete the form.  After registering as an event manager, you may enter your event.

GENERAL
Week Prior To Event—Entry Forms for Championship Sports Competition (Submit to event director.)
