Jan. 22--(Post Online) Basketball Tournament Rosters due
Jan. 28--Area basketball brackets due in State Office by 10 a.m. (Form 43A)

March 1—Fall Sports Schedules—Football, Volleyball, Cross Country, Swimming (submit online)
March 1—Ordering High School Hall of Fame Banquet Tickets
March 24--North-South All-Star Contests Nominations--Baseball, Softball, Soccer (Form 33)
May 1 —2010-11 Sports Declaration (submit online)
SANCTIONS (Request 30 days prior to event):
(1) Event with only Alabama Schools--Request online (AHSAA member section)
(2) Event with schools from bordering states: Print off Form 9, complete and fax or mail to the
AHSAA office.
(3) Event with schools from non-bordering states that needs NFHS approval: Log in to the
www.nfhs.org website, under Sports click sanctioning, on the next screen click Online Sanctioning
System, on the next screen click Event Manager Registration on the left hand side, on the next
screen complete the form. After registering as an event manager, you may enter your event.
